I have for rent a one bedroom with shared full bathroom, full kitchen(refrigerator, oven and microwave). All utilities are included in the rent but there's no access to the laundry machine. The heat and AC is controlled on the main level and we do our best to accommodate tenant's need. House is located on a quiet street with lots of street parking. The neighborhood is safe and there's a county park within walk distance. The house is modern and recently renovated. The amenities are shared with yhe owner/ resident. She is a respectful woman with a full time job. No parties without prior notice. No storage is allowed in the shared area. No loud music during quiet hours (8pm-7am) No smoking inside the house.
