DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES- CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Create and develop retention strategies to align with Agency' goals
Cross market multiple insurance lines to existing customers upon meeting their service needs
Contact Clients on behalf of Agency regarding additional information requests
Promptly resolve customer service issues and concerns
Follow Up with clients regarding missed payments
Display excellent etiquette on phone and in person

JOB REQUIREMENTS- CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

College Degree (Completed) or two years of Insurance Experience
Licensed in Property & Casualty
Able to obtain Life & Health License in 30 days

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
