Field Supervisor Position!! Electrical Experience Required

o Supervising field technicians performing electrical meter work for Pepco
o Scheduling of work and staff to provide coverage (7 days a week) rotating every third weekend to meet work requirements without the use of excessive overtime.
o Inspecting and maintaining fleet of service vehicles.
o Performing daily safety tailgate & refresher training meetings to minimize possibility of safety related incidents in field and office environment.
o Use and knowledge of computer skills to support daily operation of dispatch system.
o Assist manager in various duties related to operation of project
o Track and maintain tool inventories for techs.
o Accountable for operation of project when manager is absent.
o Additional accountability will require interaction with other projects/customers assigned to manager.
o Accountable for covering open field assignments when needed.
o Performing field audits of technicians to ensure accurate and safe work practices are adhered to.
o Require a minimum 2 years of experience in the field of electrical work
o Electrical experience must include up to 270v - 480v AC transformer and K base metering
o Intermediate level of computer skills a must.
o Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
o Good communication skills both verbal and written
o Punctual and reliable attendance
o Flexibility to work varying work schedules
o High school diploma
o Relevant certification of experience in the electrical field
o This position requires that we work in all weather conditions
o Ability to navigate vehicle in high congested traffic areas safely
o Availability for management and personnel is to provide coverage up to 7 days a weeko

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
