The HR Generalist provides functional/operational human resource guidance and expertise, as well as, professional level support activities in the areas of compliance related to employment, risk management, employee relations, including applicable training. Provide day to day consulting, mediation, facilitation, and guidance in primary function areas including but not limited to discipline, grievance resolution, performance management, terminations, and other labor/employee relations functions. Ensures the organization is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment. Serve as key human resources advisor to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, or related field. SPHR or PHR certification helpful.

5-7 years overall human resources experience with at least 3-5 years in employee relations or labor including conflict resolution, performance management, employee coaching and investigations with 2-3 years with training.

Selected candidates must be privileged to drive according to the criteria set forth by Agency MVR guidelines and must possess a valid driver's license.

Selected candidates must pass all pre-employment requirements, which include criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting and drug screening.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
