The Vice President and General Counsel is responsible for the coordination of corporate governance, legal affairs and risk management of the affiliate. The VP/GC will partner with the CEO and others in the senior and executive leadership teams to monitor and respond to the governance, corporate structure, legal and risk management concerns of the affiliate, as well as lead the public policy initiatives and monitoring needs of the company. The VP/GC will collaborate with our Board Chair in his oversight of our Governance and Program Committees.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
