Qualifications:
Ability to lift 150 lbs.

Exemplary management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Ability to respond to client inquiries, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Demonstrated aptitude for creating project plans and delegating activities through leadership and planned execution.
Demonstrated experience leading diverse work groups.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Assists with scheduling and dispatching of crews, providing oversight to ensure all necessary labor, materials, and equipment arrive at each job site in a timely manner.
Receives and maintains communications with crews regarding job status, problems, customer satisfaction, payment, etc.
Calculates and communicates move charges to crews, processes credit card payments, and relays authorization numbers.
Ensures that the adequate level of staff is scheduled on the proper days.
Works directly with the sales manager and other sales staff to maximize scheduling and troubleshoot changing move variables.
Preferences:
Bilingual (Spanish).
Experience in the household goods (HHG) and/or relocation industry.
Previous dispatching experience in a service industry.
Prior successful leadership experience of a minimum of ten people over at least a two-year period.
A lead by example mindset with an always positive outlook.
