This a full-time position (Monday to Friday) from 9 am - 5 pm.
The qualified candidate will work closely with the Administrator to assist, including but not limited to the job responsibilities outlined below.
Responsibilities Assist the Administrator with various tasks Schedule various appointments Assist the Administrator with daily reminders Execute daily assigned tasks Required education:
High school or equivalent Required licenses or certifications:
Valid Driver's License with fewer than 6 points Education:
High school or equivalent Additional Requirement:
The qualified candidate must have the following skills/attributes:
Be organized Be dependable / reliable Have legible handwriting and a clear phone voice and phone manners Have your own vehicle (not on a bus / Metro route) Have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Be able to do basic math with accuracy Be detailed oriented Must be able to multitask and work with deadlines Have the ability to learn, understand, and carry out assigned tasks in a timely manner Job Type:
